Hillbilly Highway ... Rooms @ Ground Zero ( AVAILABLE )

The motel has ( 1 ) Double room and ( 2 ) Single rooms available as of Friday 5 -19 ....  If you call you must tell them you are with " The Hillbilly Highway Ride " or they will not let you have the room. As it stands to the best of my knowledge the motel will be only our group ( that's a good thing ) . ....  If you call and get one of these rooms please post back to this thread and let me know . Posting here first to let any VRCC members know if rooms are still available tomorrow I'll post them on my FB page .

We want one of those rooms for our friend Hondo Joe, but i called the hotel and they say i have to call & talk to Brenda to get one and she is not in.   She works at 7am tomorrow, so i will call her first thing and book one room. Thanks for the notice, Joyce & Tom

Niece graduating from the math and science institute. That weekend and she seems to have her head on straight and wants to go to medical school ( Going to job shadow me this summer) so I got to go support her

I just called the hotel, they told me that I would have to call back in the AM and speak with Brenda.


I'm thinking that Ginger and I have a double room booked.

If that's true and I can change it to a single room that will free up a double room for someone else.

We decided to cancel our room at the Brookshire Inn after calling today and verifying the Hatfield McCoy Lodge had 2 rooms available which they did after a cancellation today.  Trish and I got a double and a friend of ours took the last Single.  3 bikes backed out of the ride from Easter Virginia (couple new Harley CVOs) but we will be there with our GL1800 Goldwing and a friend riding his Harley Trike.  Sounds like a great weekend.  Wish everyone a safe ride.  We will get on the road about 6AM.
