Someone local would be nice but the three main shops in the area (Honda dealer only goes back to 2003 and Big Bore Bikes doesn't have staff). Tallman used to work on it, knew what last years tweak was about and what needed to be replaced this summer. Now he is gone. Seems like there is a shortage of more than shade tree mechanics around here with an unknown variety. Beyond my comfort level, highest  cooldude wins. Have trailer, will travel.

There is a guy in Judsonia who posts a bunch of youtube vids, including bringing a neglected Valkyrie back to life.  It's D-Ray's garage but I don't have a contact number.  Here is the first of a 9 part series on the Valk.

^^^^^+1. I used them on my last carb rebuild. Very good, detailed, and informative.
