Very good.  Took me quite a bit of trial and error to get through that one.  Learned a lot.

I didn't do any better, interesting challenge. I had one left over...Bahrain. Didn't see any white spaces left for it either, am I missing something?

That took longer than I expected. Honestly I did fairly well on the fist few Iraq, Iran, Isreal, Palenstine, etc. Then I hit a string that I had never heard of (...-stan) countries and just started trying to drop them in places until they fit.

I didn't do very well at all, but I did have fun trying.

Thanks for the game.

I was only slightly better on the second try! Shocked
This may require a little more work.

Good stuff! I'm a Geography nut and little tests like this one always enlightens me. Never get them all correct.

I didn't cheat.

It wasn't nearly as much fun as I had thought it might be.

I was able to spell Israel and Palestine correctly.  I was troubled to find I didn't really know the location of Afghanistan.

Your definition of the middle east stretches further into African than I would have thought.

I was really surprised I knew the locations of the former USSR stans. Only had a problem with a few mainly in western Africa.

Did horrible.  Was right on the first try maybe 30% of the time.  Guess I better read more in the newspaper than the scores and the comics!

When I first started, I got about 6 right.

Now after after about 5 or 6 tries, I get them all fairly quick.

I guess I'm not too old to learn. Smiley

Thanks.

I rationalize my difficulty with the fact that so much of the middle eastern geography has changed since I studied it in school.  I attended my 50th high school reunion 10 days ago.

I did pretty well.  Kind of makes you think.  I wonder how many took the quiz and couldn't find the countries that we are fighting in?
