Have the telltale golden sign on the block of a leaking intake on number 3. decided to do a desmog today and things are going great thanks to the writeup here and redeye. Since I have the airbox off and am going to replace all the intake o-rings, can i just pull all the bolts to the intakes and raise the entire carb bank to do all the o-rings at once? Looks like I can from here, appreciate the help!

Totally remove all the intakes first. Gives you a lot more room.

Yeah but you need to get underneath the intake tubes to remove and reinstall the new o-rings. I just pulled them off one at a time. Use some silicone grease to hold the new o-rings in place upon reassembly. Don't over-think it, this is an easy job Wink.

Thanks guys. I did raise one side at a time and remove the intakes one at a time, cleaned them up, replaced the o-ring and reinstalled. No silicone was needed they all held until I bolted the intakes back down. Just need to deal with the airbox and should be good to go.  cooldude
