Installed Cobra driving lights about a year ago and had to replace one bulb.  I vaguely recall the gasket between the housing a lens, yet didn't replace.  After the job was done I noticed a very small amount of light leakage from the seam on the housing.

Since, I have driven about ~2,000 miles and I always leave the driving lights on (for safety).  The replacement bulb just bit the dust and I was surprised it went so quick.  I think the culprit is no gasket allowing excess vibration and more importantly, moisture to sneak in.

I have no replacement gasket.  Any suggestions on what to use?  A friend told me to just use a liquid gasket, yet sounds messy.

I have one complete Cobra light with eyebrow. The gasket is broken, but if installed carefully it works fine. I have never had a bulb fail except the one that took a rock.

Pm your address and Ill send the whole thing to you if you cover the shipping which should be rather cheap
