Well, here’s my ’67 Honda Super Hawk. Before any of you purists out there start commenting on the non-silver/gray side covers and fenders… I decided that I liked the blue better than the silver/gray. So it’s not a restoration…it’s a “re-fresh”. Cool
It’s wired ready for the BUCO fairing and saddlebags that are still being painted. I’ll post again when I get those back.
Since it never had blinkers, I had to add on some gadgets to perform that task.
The Blue is the original factory blue. Not too many of the blue ones were sold, most people liked the black better I guess.
Also notice (if you don’t know the bike) that the kick-start kicks toward the front of the bike, not the back as most bikes do. No sidestand for that model either. I guess Mr Honda didn't think it needed one.

I do love the endangered motorcycles cooldude
Why would it need a side stand? You have a light bike on a center stand. Heck, you could just about drag it up on the porch and in the house and lean it against the couch if you wanted.

Nice job.

It brings back memories.  I had forgotten how simple (maybe rather uncluttered) those bikes were.

Yep, that forward kick start was pretty much good for a permanently bruised shin.

Look at how flat is the seat.  How did we ever ride those for any distance?

I kept twisting off those mirror stems trying to keep them tight enough to stay in the mount.  I'd be riding down the highway, feel a tap on the arm, and the mirror would go bouncing down the pavement.

Those pipes were in just the wrong place for a passenger dismount.  Many were the little girls in shorts who walked away with branded ankles.

Those were the days!

That is a cool looking bike
I don't think my 67 Suzuki 200 had a side stand but that was a long time ago
