Go to J&P Cycles home page and look for a baffle that will fit your pipes.

Get the longest one you can,  if you want some more noise, just trim the end off of the baffle and secure the packing again.

You will find it on the Harley side, not the metric.

I bought a set of the Cobras for my 99 Standard last year. When I first got them on I thought this is just like my first Valk what a sound.  Kinda like a nice small block Chevy.  But I must be getting old cause I just get tired of hearing the roar.  Took them off stuck'm in the corner and put the stock system back on with some 4" Airflow stacks.

Hope she likes them, I'll say one thing for sure they will make people look cause you can hear'm for quite a ways.

Ok, I got Cobras they came with the bike. I didn't know you could get baffles for them. Next question would this increase the back pressure and hence improve my bad fuel mileage? Just wondering..........................JDW

Probably.

Mama's bike has baffled Cobras and gets slightly better mileage than mine.  My bike gets very good mileage.

F6 Mark,
I'm sure something could be worked out?  I would rather see some one get some use out of them then just set in the corner.

Good info on the baffles.  I picked up my cobras for cheap from my MC service shop...he had them sitting in the corner of his shop (they were take-offs from another Valkyrie.  I love the sound and (based on my riding style) didn't notice much of a change in fuel economy.

I bought a set of baffles from Cobra for $120 about 6 months ago.

Just give em a call, they are real helpful and I had them in a week.

It may be true, but I don't think you'll ever hear Lori say that.   Roll Eyes

I should mention that I used to get better mileage than she, but then we added the Dyna-3000 to hers.  Mine already had one.

I'm not sure where you got that impression.  I wouldn't have a 6 degree trigger wheel on any Valkyrie that I own.   Shocked

I have them on the classifieds along with several other parts I have no reason to keep.  Using the money to get some chrome for the VTX 1800C I just bought my wife.

Let me know, I have pictures available.
