I sold my project bike and he wants me to trike it (in a couple months). He is not looking for fancy .
I have never built one , but have worked on many. Looking for suggestions to show him.
Thank You In Advance.

I have a Tow Pac kit minus the mounting bracket as the previous owner kept it for a trailer hitch on his GL 1800. More than welcome to come and get it. If all else it would make a good trailer. Dear ole Tow Pac refuses to sell the bracket separately do to "liability" BS.

FWIW, I've ridden both the "add-on" extra wheels such as the Tow Pac and the true trikes such as Road Smith, CSC, etc., and found the add-on system hard to steer and at times rather rough to ride. An old friend (Tom a/k/a Sealskinner) former Fla. member(now passed) had one, said he didn't really like it but was all he could afford. A true trike will ride and handle better....again FWIW.
Ross, if the new owner of your project bike wants the best bang for his buck, stick with a true trike kit. RoadSmith will ask you if the bike has a trunk such as the I/S. They build the back end of the body to accommodate it.

Friend of mine bout my age has/had the tow pac. Told me long as the road were straight okey dokey. Go addin curves and such like gotz to be a tad interesting. And from the rear seein three tire/wheel combinations across is-different. Use a Proper trike kit. RIDE SAFE.
