There was some preliminary discussion a while back about the weekend of 20 - 22 October to coincide with the Harvest Classic. At this late date, I'd bet there are limited possibilities for lodging in or near Fredericksburg. Last year, the Leakey Inn came to the rescue for a last-minute planning.

I have commitments on the 7th and 21st, so my options are limited.
