i just bought a new Nuvi 550 for use on our bikes. So, i'm going to let at least one of my Quest2 units go (we have two....one for each of us). you never know, we may eventually let the other Quest2 go...if we get another 550?
anyway, anyone wanting to buy one of these units....cheap....drop me an email. i'm not looking to make a killing on them....as i realize...like computers....GPS units come...and GPS units go (i'm on my 5th one in just a few years!). Bottom line, i'll let someone in the VRCC have a Quest2 for very cheap....i just don't want it sittin' on the shelf....and i don't want to give it away for free.....but any reasonable offer...and maybe even less than reasonable...will be considered........

https://buy.garmin.com/shop/shop.do?cID=164&pID=213ok, that link actually describes the Quest. the Quest2...has ALL the maps (and thus, more memory)...preloaded from the factory. no need to load individual maps of areas you are going to...they are ALL in the unit........ also note, it is on the 'discontinued' product list...as they seem to drop units from there line up in just a few years...as new models come out (one more reason you can't ask an arm and a leg for any unit that's been out a few years). Of course, even my Nuvi 750 i just got a few months ago....is soon to be on the 'discontinued' product list. it just means, they don't feature it anymore. you can still buy them all over the place....
Don't let the retail price scare you, that's nowhere near what i paid...and nowhere near what i'd ask from one of you folks......

I'll let you know how the 550 works out. it's a tiny bit bigger...and a touch screen........so i THINK.......i'll like it (that's why i'm still keeping one of the Quest2 units...and waiting to get another 550 possibly!)
