Don't see alot of Valks around here. I have a buddy with 1 and I currently have 2.

Would love to hook up with someone in the area that might have a digisync and knows how to use it! Interested in buying one but, not sure they are still being made...? I have emailed BonS so we'll see.

It would also be cool to get together for a group Valk ride sometime...!

I'm two hours North in Alexandria.  Don't have a digisync or know how to use one.  I've had my bikes synced by Big BF.  I rarely ride South because 95 is so prone to bumper to bumper.  I always head West toward WVa for closest good day riding.  When I go South to TN/NC, I take the BRP or 81 (never 95).  But I could meet you in Fredricksburg some time, for a ride West.

There's no Valks to speak of around here (I might see one a year).  There was one guy with a local SCRC chapter that had one, but he traded it away for a Rocket, and then an F6B.  Fellow member Yuri has one out in Winchester.

Your best best for Valk group rides will be annual Meet-in-the-Middle (Sparta NC) or Hillbilly Highway (usually WVa, but this year in KY) or Fall Color Ride (TN).  The big Inzane annual rally will likely be in TN/NC/NoGA next year.

Jess, I agree about staying away from NOVA traffic as much as possible. Except about once a year just to appreciate Richmond traffic - or lack of...!

I think I'm gonna move forward with a Digisync purchase from Bon. Talked with him and he's still on the market.

Once I get it (and learn how to use it, maybe you could benefit when needed).

I appreciate the tips on the rides. Need to check out the fall color ride for sure. I'd also be up for a meetup in Fburg at some point!

OK Cee, just give me a heads up with a little notice.  I'm retired and can go any time, but weekends are still generally less traffic (everywhere).  I am really looking forward to cooler temps for riding.

My bikes have had the valves set and carbs synched several times, and the adjustments have never been very significant.... not that optimum isn't nice.  (96K, 58K)  Something to remember, carb synch should come last after all other adjustments are made (I think that's correct).

PS: My email is in my profile.
