Can anybody provide me with some dimensions on the pilot screw head diameter and the dimension across the flat of the d-shaped head ??  Also, what should the outside diameter (O.D.) of the tool be ??

I found this tool on e-bay and want to try making my own ....

Save yourself the pain and just buy the thing!  tickedoff I just received mine today. If you want to save yourself big bucks  Grin go to Red Eye's site and buy it there. Just my 2C's, though I completley understand the satisfaction of making something.

I realize it doesn't cost that much but the fact I'm a Tool Designer by profession and have access to a Class 1A toolroom makes me want to make my own ........ and the fact that I'm a cheap b@stard  Angry

If I was in your shoes, I'd copy the Honda or Motion Pro tool not Red Eye's.  I think you'll end up spending more for material than Red Eye's tool costs.

I got my stubby tool (along with desmog 2 and intake o-rings) from Red Eye this week. Works slick and can't beat the price. cooldude

Cut a slot in the pilot screw head in order to use a regular screw driver. This works very well!  cooldude
Patrick came out with this cool idea a few years ago .. or is it many years ago?  Cheesy
