I got a chance to try some non-ethanol gas for the first time, and got 51 MPG  on that tank. I've been averaging 42-45.  I didn't baby it to try for mileage. I have 14,300 miles on my 2014, and its never done better than 48 (lots of 45 mph riding on that tank).

The closest pure gas station is 60 miles from the house, and I don't usually ride in that direction. I'll have to plan my fuel usage, and go again and arrive with an empty tank.

I couldn't tell if the performance was any better. It seemed so, but that might have been my imagination. It's pretty quick with the in-town gas I put in this morning..

There is no pure gasoline readily available in Ohio except at the marinas. At least I've not been able to locate.

My Valk has had tanks that came out to 54 mpg average. Of course the Valks odometer is a bit optimistic.

Went on a saddle sore 1000 a while back and my odometer showed 1149 miles to my buddy's 1109 for the same trip. He was on a 2003 Valkyrie Interstate.
Only way my 1800 sips gas is low speed and steady. It seems to like 45 to 60 mph steady cruising for economy.
I usually get low to mid 40s.

Here is the list of non corn polluted gas in OH.  It does look to be a lot of marinas, but some stations too.  This website is maintained by users so there might be more.

It's 50 miles each way for me to get non corn polluted gas.  I'm lucky it's West, because I always ride West on my bikes (away from people and traffic).

I just took my car out to buy 20 gallons in cans for the fall leaf festival at my house.  Irony is that on my way home, my car blew it's cam position sensor.  I believe there is no better way to fake being a drunk driver than driving in limp mode.

If it's not one thing, it's another.    crazy2
