So what's up with the Avatar picture.  I already had a photo attached to my Avatar and was trying to update it.

I attempted to upload a more current picture and it would not take it.  I then reduced the photo to half the size of the one that had been posted and I got a message that the file size was too big.  I then reduced it to 10x7 dpi and got the same message.  What's that all about?  What are the restrictions of size, file format etc that we must adhere to??  In the process my original Avatar photo which was 100x88 has gone away. ???

It's just doing my part to redistribute the wealth  Smiley

That picture is 78K in size.  It helps if the pic is close to square.  It does squirrelly things if the dimensions don't please it.

It's a JPG.
