BJ and I will be there Fri, Sat, and part of Sunday.  Don't know how late we will stay Saturday evening, but we will be there.  We usually pull the camper down there and make a weekend of it, but there aren't many camping spots left after Hurricane Ike.  We only live about 30 miles from Galveston, so riding down every day isn't so bad.
Hope to see you down there. I'll be wearing a Valkyrie t-shirt of some kind. Smiley

I usually make that rally.  Last time I was there (2 years ago) I waited for the VRCC at the Fuddruckers at lunch (nobody showed) and by Saturday night the strand was so crowded that you had to wait for the crowd to move so you could even walk.  This year with the headliner band there shoud be even more folks.  Gonna make the Halloween Rally in Groesbeck instead.

I'm going for the day on Saturday. Rog is across the pond at the moment so I'm taking the boys for the day. The night time activites might be a little "too interesting" for them. Although, they'd love it! Cheesy

Both Friday and Saturday, BJ and I passed Lyn-Del and Wizard on hwy6 on the way.  Y'all went down early both days and we passed y'all at just about the same place both days. Hope y'all had a good time, cause we sure did.

FB's Mom had a stroke last week.

Glad to hear she's doing good.  Strokes are usually tough to deal with, both on the patient, and on the caregivers.  If ya'll need any help, be sure to call.
