Nice list, which ones are real identifiable problems.
Fix those first plus do rear drive maint. and change fluids.
Leave the others alone.

I’m in the middle of doing most of those item plus rebuilding the carbs. There is a real good video on YouTube that is step by step for the desmog. I followed it (except I didn’t remove the headers) and found it to be pretty easy.

Desmogging does nothing for how the bike runs. It merely removes some of tubes for cosmetic and maintenance reasons. If you don't have an exhaust leak, leave that alone. Yes; do the rear service for peace of mind.
