Once my battery was dead and I was able to jump start it using one of these:
https://www.amazon.com/Antigravity-Batteries-XP-3-Portable-Flashlight/dp/B075YC2NYG/ref=sr_1_fkmr0_1?s=automotive&ie=UTF8&qid=1516410147&sr=1-1-fkmr0&keywords=Antigravity+Batteries+Micro-Start+PPS+XP-1+Multi-Function+Jump+Starter+%2F+Personal+Power+Supply

It says at product description: "The XP-3 has 200 Amps starting current with 400 Amps Peak" and "Great capacity for back-up power: 8000 mAh".

Hope it helps.

Can't answer, other than the YTX14-BS battery is the following.

Battery Family: Maintenance Free
Battery Type: YTX14-BS

Voltage: 12
Capacity: 12
Dimensions: 6" x 3.4375" x 5.75"
Weight: 8.1 lbs.
Metric Dimensions: 150mm x 87mm x 145mm
Metric Weight: 3.7 kg
Polarity:
Acid Volume: 0.69
Amps: 1.4
C.C.A.: 200

I would think any boast of 200 Amps should be capable of starting our bikes. Now, the issue would be how many times.

I wonder how easy the Valk is to push start? I had to push the VT1100C once to start it when the starter failed and it was not easy but got there .....but it has 550cc cylinders ..... 6 250 cc cylinders should be easier?
I might have to try one day..... not often riding alone so usually someone to push..... That lithium jump packs work well though Tongue

I have the XP-2 Micro-Start, which claims 12000mAh capacity and 400A Peak; it lets me crank my old cold-hearted CB450 quickly and easily after it has sat too long, and barely uses any power stored in the XP-2. The 450 uses the same size battery as the Valkyrie, BTW. On trips, I keep the XP-2 in my saddlebags, for luck.
