Took off this morning for Gainesville , Georgia to vist Sugarbee ( Donna ) who is still in the North Georgia Medical Center from her accident on 10-16 on her way to The Fall Color Ride in Robbinsville , North Carolina . She's in good spirit and had a beautiful smile on when I entered her room. She said Bee Keeper ( Lee ) has done a wonderful job helping take care of her. I did'nt stay long I was racing the rain ( it won  Sad  )  but only about 50 miles of the 488 mile round trip the rest was all dry roads  cooldude   I did'nt know until I was talking with Lee that  Donna's trike accident happened on Blood Mountain on Hwy.129 . She's going home monday Lee has rented a van and wheel chair and plans to get a air mattress to make her ride home as comfortable as possible. I said in the " subject " line w/pictures so here's Donna's foot she would'nt let me get a picture in her hospital costume  Wink  Lee - Donna I wish you only the best...Heal Fast Donna  Smiley

Good pics Joe. That Sugarbee is a tuff one. She was in great spirits when I was down there earlier in the week. I thought that was impressive for someone who's been in the hospital so long. Her and Lee are good folks. I enjoyed my visit with them.

Agree 100 % Ronnie I saw what kind of man Lee is when Rick V went down a couple years ago he was right in the middle of that muddy ditch working on getting Ricks bike out.   cooldude
On another note :
I heard on the news tonight the rock slide on I-40 at the TN/NC state line could take to late Feb early March 2010 to reopen  Shocked

Sad That will make it tuff for us to hook up for a short ride. I think you had a good idea in an earlier post. They need to call in THE Detn8er. He could blow that chit to the other side of the river.  Grin
