When desmogging

On the right head (lower side) there's a PAIR valve tube port. Is there a small freeze plug for that port? The 14mm plug is too big. I have an exhaust leak and need a new OEM gasket or some other solution (without having to wait a week for a gasket.

some other solution
If you desmogged it and still have the removed stuff... you can
(I did) fill the chrome knob that was there with jb weld and
modify (either the front or back doesn't need any modifycation,
I don't remember which) the little holder-downer for it and
use that.
People use freeze plugs for that, so there must be a correct
size. Back when I used to read every de-smog post, one or
two folks showed pictures of how pounding in the freeze plug cracked the
port...

I just plugged my tubes all the tubes at the top. Left everything the same on the motor.

My solution turned out to be a brass flat washer and tighten the fitting back down.

You can clean cut the tube from the fitting and tap it for a 3/8 short bolt then put red RTV around the base and bolt it up.

you can use a socket extension that fits inside the freeze plug using a squared off wooden dowel rod or screw driver handle on the other end and take it to the bench grinder and grind them down a little while letting it spin against the wheel. Not much is needed to make them fit snug without really having to hammering them hard in place. A small amount of JB Weld can be used to help hold it in place or just fill the freeze plug flush to the head. I only did one port that was easiest to get at to try this method. 15,000 miles later it is still there just fine. The other tubes I left in place using JBW to fill in the open ends. I have yet to remove the other 5 tubes.
