Joni and I are in Atlanta to visit family this weekend, so we thought we'd sneak up to Gainesville and see Sugarbee and the Beekeeper.

We found them both in excellent spirits, and Donna seems to be doing really well.  Especially since that trike tire tried to eat her foot for lunch.  The post op pics she showed me are not for the faint of heart, but hopefully it will heal quickly and she will be back on her feet and riding!  The hospital, Northeast Georgia Medical Center is a really nice place, at least as nice as a hospital can be.

If you want to give her a call, and wish her well for the trip home monday the number listed on this page: http://www.nghs.com/PatientsandVisitors.aspx?id=354  Room# 6726

You can email her (Donna Demers room #6726) at http://www.nghs.com/Email_a_Patient.aspx

or since she has her iPhone with her, I would assume you can email her direct at      jo_el_fans at yahoo dot com
