Show was a bit larger this year...encouraging!
Lesa was with me and we saw several different bikes there that she grew up on. She rode her 1982 CB900 there and had quite a few nice comments on it.

Her last one was this model. Hot little 250 for off-road adventures. According to her she could hold a wheelie just as long as any of the guys could.

Lesa reminds me of my youngest daughter, Toni, when a teenager. She was dating a kid with two of those personal watercraft....she could ride a small motorcycle like a bandit. One day he took her out to a local lake and let her have the smaller one....as he said "since you're a girl." She proceeded to beat him in every race and slalom course he took her on. He got pissed, loaded up his toys and went home. She'll be 50 this year, every time she comes to town for a visit she calls him up and asks if he wants to race. It's a joke between them now, but 30 odd yrs. ago....not so much.
