Well this just sucks.

I feel your pain. Degenerative disc disease and two hip replacements makes it harder every year.
Back braces only seemed temporary to me. Make a conscience effort to check on your posture. If your legs are too far forward it can put a lot of pressure on the back.
I changed seats and that helped some. Maybe adjust the shocks.
Good luck!

Unfortunately my problem can't be helped with a back brace. I have moderate disc height loss at L4-5 with a grade 1 Anterolisthesis ( you'll have to google that). I get on MRI on the 27th and hopefully I'll have more information then. On the 12 of July I get a Cortisone injection in the affected area. I'm also was doing some therapy but it didn't seem to help. At first it didn't hurt to ride my bike but after a long day I just couldn't get comfortable. Also taking some Gabapentin but it hasn't taken effect yet.
Thanks for all your kind words.
Dave
