Half truths:  When he was talking about the huge tariffs Canada has against your dairy and poultry.  But he doesn't talk about the huge tariffs that the US has on out tobacco and other stuff against Canada.   Your going to say that is how negotiations are done.  It only works if the other side doesn't know your full of crap.
