Looking for something reliable but preferably won't break the bank. I plan to install one both front and back in my SUV and most likely on the bike as well. Since my wife no longer drives, I'm going to look at something that can be moved from one vehicle to the other, she won't be driving the SUV when I'm on the bike so shouldn't need two sets. Traffic here in the Orlando area is bad and getting worse all the time, I feel the cams are getting to be a necessity rather than a luxury.

John I've been looking hard at one of these for the bike, but haven't made the splurge yet.  I like that they can be hardwired in for auto record and they can function as a dash cam, camera, video camera.

John , there was a newby in Roanoke with a camera like the one shown. Maybe he will chime in. I saw to it that he got metal valve stems. (brain tickler) I am sorry that I do not remember his name.
He lived in or neat GZ.

Valkorado, have you found out what the play back video looks like? Pic-in-Pic, or 2 separate tracks?

I'm thinking about a front and rear camera, then spicing the 2 pictures together for making a video.

Only need the rear facing when there is a group ride, and want to get a different perspective.

Pic in Pic displays on screen, but two separate tracks record.  Front camera is 1080p, rear is 720.

I was thinking of a couple of older no name "GoPro 3?" cameras from China, only $32 CAD ea, and mounting front/back. But those little cameras, I already have one for a back up camera on my van, are very clear.

A little more expensive, but looks like a lot better and easier.
