 Yes very awesome video.

I guess I will spend Sunday afternoon watching something other than football again this year. I will NOT support a bunch of over payed, ungrateful whiners. I don't care why they are doing this and I don't care who they are supposedly doing it for. Everytime they take a knee it is a slap to all that have served and those that have died so they can all act like morons. I for one will not take part in this one bit. Maybe if enough people do this the owners will step up and put a stop to it. Until then I will not watch. Period.........

I don't blame the players. Ok they are rediculous but we all have the right to be rediculous.  My beef is with the NFL for enabling the players to carry out their childish protest while "on duty". You never see these players participating on any sort of protest on THEIR time.  It's cheap easy protesting, these are snowflakes with muscles. Babies!

The management of the NFL is afraid to lose their bread and butter so they cater to these whiners.

They-not fer longs-do NOT appear to be taking us-fans no longer interested-seriously. Bad mistake dumb asses-A K A-not fer longs. RIDE SAFE.

Thanks for posting the video!  cooldude

It is spot on and to the point!

I shared it on Facebook with the following comment:

Standing up for the National Anthem is not about politics. It is about showing honor and respect to those who gave their lives to preserve your freedom.  Just because you have the "right" to do something doesn't make it the "right" thing to do. So the next time that you are somewhere that the National Anthem is being played, Stand Up! Place your hand over your heart and think of the men and women who sacrificed their lives for you to be where you are. If you are an American your freedom is not free. It was bought, paid for and is still being paid for by the blood of American soldiers. Whatever disservice or injustice that you may feel has been done to you, was NOT done to you by them. So, give to them the respect that they deserve.

I really hate this whole thing.

Because men of a certain race believe that other men within that race are treated unfairly and disrespected by different aspects of this country, but mainly the criminal justice system, these men, given a GIANT (no pun intended) forum by which to express their "concern" about the unfairness, have chosen to treat all of us unfairly, and disrespect many of us as their means to an end that will never happen in today's political climate.  All this is doing is widening the gap between the races.  Whether or not this was Kaepernik's goal doesn't matter, it is what is happening, again.

I will not be going to any games this season.  It is a VERY expensive day and I will not waste my time and money if there is a possibility that my country will be disrespected by the people who have benefited the most because of our way of life.

I may tune in to local game if there's nothing else doing that day (I do love the sport), however, any signs of the player's nonsense, I'll be watching the velocity channel or This Old House.

In any case I'm not buying any NFL gear at all.

Thank goodness this hasn't infected baseball.  THAT would be a disaster!

Same here. Quit watching after the start of Game 2 last year. Kind of like an old girl friend, I guess. Barely miss her a year later.

I own a busy business in a small town. When people come in, they want to put down their money, get their purchase and move on. They don't want to hear my political or personal views, and I don't give it. They pay, and I perform the service. Period! Today, actors, athletes, newspapers, television, awards shows, etc., all wish to tell me their point of view. I dont want to hear them. I watched the NFL for 50 years, but not last year, and not anymore! I watch the MLB, but if they get political, I'll turn that off, too.

You all are welcome for the post, I just thought it would be a good one to share. I don't post much but I thought this was worth while.
I too did not watch any football last year after seeing the first game and players kneeling. I am a veteran and I did NOT appreciate it at all!
I will not watch again this year either.
Funny, I find more time now to do other things, like RIDE BABY RIDE!  cooldude

Well this ain't agonna happen BUT on my wish list-ALL the networks dealing with the not fer longs NEED to pull ALL the money paid to the not fer longs and will NOT be reinstated-at a reduced rate with fines-heavy fines-if the not fer longs snuggle it up-and the networks DEMAND and put it in legalese the all understand that the National Anthem is PROPERLY respected and if a player decides he wants to be in the locker room during the NATIONAL ANTHEM he donates 3/4 of that games salary to a GOOD Veterans organization. AND if the cry babies snuggle it up anyway the home team gits fined 90% of the gate and food and drink receipts. And the offending player is fined 2 years salary and can not be on any field anywhere for the equivalent of 2 and a 1/2 seasons. And remember-these snugglin brain dead S O Bs started it and the ONLY thing any of the seem to understand is money! Reach into the parent outfits and plyares wallets and this WILL be right before you can say-money! RIDE SAFE.
