I am about to install the new Alternator and I found that a tube connected to the "T" that is shown in the pic. is gone. It was there when I removed the Alternator. The top end leads to the tank vent, the bottom leads under the bike with the other tubes down there. So where does the missing tube go??   Thanks

I'm pretty sure there's no tube. That's some kind of vacuum break or some such...

That is the one that when a spider try’s to crawl in or you manage to get mud on the end of that T is when it takes you a week to figure out why the bike will only run for a short time. Also you want to make sure that you don’t kink that hose.
