With 8 miles to the gallon, I would have to stop for gas 27 times to get to Inzane next year!

I rode one years ago. Boss Hoss was letting guys have test rides to promote their bike and new store. I rode one with a stock 350CI and a two speed automatic, it was insane. They had one on display with a Viper V-10 with a NOS bottle but we weren't allowed to ride that one. LOL!

I just saw a different video, a trucking company owner that builds some crazy stuff. I think he's in the PNW...If found, I'll post it.

Never rode a V8 version, but was really impressed with the miles I put on an early GM V6 "Vortec" version. 2-speed auto, very smooth and loads of power IMHO. Don't remember if it was 3.3L or 3.8L. By timeframe it would have been a 3.8L but I'm sure back then a 3300 long block would have always been just a phone call away the same way you can get various LS engines now. If I hadn't already had the Valk, I probably would have bought it.

I just sat on one once and lifted it off the kickstand (with more than a little effort).

I have a friend in a wheelchair after he crashed his Boss Hoss, he used to ride it well... not so great when the brakes failed due to boiling the fluid....so if you do ride one don't ride it too hard Wink

Have had to help pick it up too, don't stop on uneven ground......he was a strong guy but couldn't hold it up when traffic suddenly stopped and he ended up on a ridge in the road....

Fun on open roads but there is always a down side.

I respectfully disagree. He’s no dummy to put that together.

Probably handles like crap. Eats ridiculously expensive tires. Terrible on gas. Terrifying and exhausting to ride. But he’s probably some retired engineer/machinist who does it just because he can. That’s awesome.

I rode one back around 2001 or so at the VOA Montrose ride-in.  Had the 350.  Really pretty House of Kolors paint.  It handled quite well for what it is.  I ticked off 3 seconds to get to 100 from a stop.  Almost bought one but it was too specialized for my use.  Sure sounded great and the acceleration was like a fighter launch off a carrier.

Yeah, it doesn't fit.

That's actually my favorite bike of his.

But, I do think that we should acknowledge the CELEBRITY among us.  coolsmiley

It's cool and all, but all that money just to get beat by a $6000 used Ninja's gotta be pretty humbling...

The problem there is more the rider than the bike.

The guy on the Boss Hoss can't keep from spinning the rear tire.

One of my co-workers had a CB 750RR my CB750SC Nighthawk would beat it in the 1/8 mile all day long and sometimes in the 1/4 mile.

His bike had double the HP of mine.

The difference was that I could use all of mine.

He couldn't without spinning the crap out of the rear tire.
