I propose a fundraising lottery for the VRCC. The lottery pick will be in segments of 5 minutes time. Being that it is my proposal, I will choose the first pick. I predict Trump will drop the nomination of Kavanaugh at 10:15 am Eastern Time Zone Friday Sept. 28. If this lottery is acceptable to the owners of the VRCC, I also propose Oss be enlisted to hold the winnings. I also propose $20 picks.
