Need help--I would like to take the pillion seat and back rest off to make solo rider and replace the back rest with one of the nice chrome bars that goes over the fender in place of the back rest--so I don't have to remove the attachments for the pillion seat.  I did that once and while it made a great looking solo rider, it was a lot of work removing the fender to remove the passenger backrest attachment. 

I don't know what to search for because I have no idea what that little curved shaped bar is called.  Anyone has one for sale, let me know.  Or where I can buy one.

Cruiser bar finds are rare.

You don't need to remove the fender to remove the backrest mounts.  Take off the grab rails one at a time.  One at a time is very important.  Wiy=th the grab rail off simply unscrew the mount.
