Just noticed that it looks like Rattlebars if finally gone.  It was a great source of information I saved some things from the site but it would have been nice to move the whole things somewhere.

I printed out his generic pages. Got them laminated and they live in my saddlebag.

EDIT

It was Jeff Koslowski (sp)  info I used.

I saved a copy of one of his posts to the old VRCC board.  It described a simplified process to change fork seals and bushings without removing the springs or using special tools.  I've sent dozens of copies to forum members.

I have a 3-ring binder - 3 inches thick with roughly 600 pages of tech/maintenance information. This binder weighs a little over eight pounds. This binder needs a new home. For the cost of a box and freight to your location from 95501, it can be yours.

Mr. Valker . . . it's yours.

Figure the FedEx freight + box from 95501.

If you can find me in the private message place (not sure how it works??) I'll give you my mailing address for expenses, and you can give me your shipping address.

Received today  cooldude .

I trust it was worth it. At the very least my efforts to collect the info went to a good cause and were not fed to the shredder.  Cool

No shredder in the future either. My three Valks will reap the benefits, and when I pass on, my three kids will get the book with the Valks. You’ve helped a legacy!
