I have a couple different "sissybar" bags, and I don't really like how any of them fit. Not totally, anyway. In a perfect world (not for your passenger), the backrest and luggage rack would meet at a 90 degree angle. Since they don't, it seems like none of my bags sit well. I have a wide backrest, so many of the slip-over bags won't fit. I'm kicking myself, because I remember seeing a webpage awhile back that had bags that they specifically sewed in a wedge shape to fit common backrest angles. You think I can remember what brand that was? now that I'm looking, of course not. Anybody know these of which I speak, or have a good recommendation? I currently have two different ones that I use; a smaller one for regular use and a larger, expandable one for trips on the bike.

I don't.

But is this something you could take to a dry cleaners (with seamstress and industrial sewing machine), and have them rework the pocket on yours to a better fit?  Most of that stuff is Cordura nylon.

I have a new bag for sale.

Photo #4 shows the velcro strap to secure it to a sissy bar.

It would easily fit a pad that was 14 inches wide.

I decided to use a hard removable trunk.

That's the Kuryakyn Ultra Tour, right?  I'm leaning toward a Viking bag right now, but I'll think about it.
