Congratulations, I wonder what that feels like.
My wife is a R.E. agent and just received a pre qualifying letter from a bank for a 30 yr. mortgage on an 85 yr. old customer from Florida moving to Tenn. She was discussing this with a local bank rep, who said they had just approved a 30 yr. mortgage on a 90 yr. old. Said they are not allowed to discriminate.
Oh yeah, he wants a two car garage for his car AND his motorcycle.
