Stop it, guys.  We don't want Reb terminating his ride in depresion.  Pabst blue was one thing but no more periwinkle!    Shocked

No issues on my part. Pabst always gave me a headache. Just one can. In the service I tended bar and one day I went to work and was greeted by a Pabst distributer . Free beer. No thanks , I got a Lonestar.

How am I supposed to get the grease off of the parts I'm working on now?  That's all Pabst was good for.

I have drank Pabst way before the  legal age to consume,

1.) It was the only beer available I could hijack from my uncle(s) fridges under age

2.) I could take a case to any party and not worry about other minors drinking my.... well my uncle(s) stolen beverages.

PBR is not just a beer, it’s a choice and a way of life for many folks. It wasn’t until I got out of the Navy in 2009 I came to the realization it was being branded as a “hipster” beer. I lived with being called a hipster in my college years, didn’t really care to be classified as one, my outfits generally were not of that association.

I’ve opened my choice of beer options up as I have progressed in years. Regardless, if it’s Friday afternoon after a long week of work, I prefer killing a case of PBR as my body, stomach, and mind have become immune to its after effects in the morning.

Applebee’s still provides 1$ ,10 oz  mugs. A bargain that My good friend Joe May has become a fan off

Several people I know worked at PBR in Peoria. They all brought cases home on the cheap.  cooldude Everyone drank PBR. When PBR went on strike many years ago,  tickedoff everyone switched to something else and no one went back.  Cry Then of course the LITE beer craze hit and everything changed.  uglystupid2

Is BLATZ beer still around?  If so,  you can always switch to that on the cheap....   Grin

Growing up, Dad always brought home every week a blatz cardboard case (believe 24 pack glass bottles that the case opened up from the middle top) drinking those 24 up pretty much every week....

Seriously,  sure hope the guy's insurance company coughs up a pretty penny to replace your Goldwing and do not settle for much less than what you want out of it if totaled.

If I hit a deer or another vehicle hopefully their fault with any cycle,  I would want top dollar as well for my cycles NOT trade in price, but actually selling price.  Problem is,  most insurance companies like mine will only offer wholesale value (or say trade in price) not full retail/selling price.  I think they call it ''actual cash value'  whatever that means to them who knows??
