About 30 years apart.

That’s an ACE Supertank on the Valkyrie that I sold after it developed a leak for the second time. The Valkyrie has really evolved over the years, adding, removing, buying, selling, and trading stuff.

How kind! I’ll go with that.

Thankfully, not while I was there. Getting out there and back to the pavement was a real chore as I remember.

Yup, I would hate to see a pic of me now sitting on a 360! Sadly the beach picture is about 15 years old and while not bigger, time has not been my friend.

Don't sweat the small stuff.  You're still on the right side of the dirt (me too).   cooldude

Last one I promise. After this bike, I didn’t ride for 22 years and it seemed longer than that.

The extended forks and high rise bars killed the handling but I had to be like the kool kids.

I wish I took a few pics in the late 1980s of my decked out honda magna maroon red color.  I had hwy. pegs,  passenger backrest, lockable trunk with brake light behind,  leather saddlebags, and windshield, loved that bike.  I cried when I sold it in 1998 after 10 years owning it until 10 years later going cycle less until 2008 when I got my 2001  black valkyrie I/S.  I have had that now 10 years so maybe every 10 years I am due for a different cycle although unlike the honda magna which I outgrew,  I doubt I will EVER outgrow the mighty Valk.  NO matter how FAT I get,  there will probably come a time when it becomes too big for my britches to handle wishing I had a bike 1/2 that cc size displacement.  I hope that day never comes.

Well, that's it.  If it costs me my Doritos I'll just stick with the present progression.   Angry

Someone let you move from the passenger seat to the rider seat?
