Lotsa engineering and Very DEEP pockets. Wouldn't happen to have the spec sheet available? Wonder How Much the rod ends and bearing journals are narrowed? Also how narrow are the main bearings? Could this possibly be photo shopped? And IF it are real-DAYYUMM!  RIDE SAFE.

Air cooled? I have serious doubts this is real and if it is, if it would run without overheating very shortly after starting.

Looks to me like the front & back cylinders are symmetric. Meaning they should share big ends on the rods like a Harley. Thanks for those who did the research for us. I knew it was was real when I posted the picture and remembered it was a British guy behind it. Allen Millyard would be a very interesting guy to get to know. It’s quite an accomplishment to modify something like this and have it run but I always wonder if it would stand up to regular use. There are plenty of show vehicles that either aren’t practice to use or won’t operate in real world conditions.

I also appreciate the verification that this is real. I still question it's reliability and cooling. Just goes to prove you (I) can learn something new everyday.  Rams

I still question it's reliability and cooling. Rams I question that on my '08 Fat Bob, and those were available retail  Considering how badly the originals handled at speed, I'm sure the rider of this would still be odds on favorite to die before it overheated

I saw one a couple of years back where a guy sliced two cylinders off of an Allison V-12 and put that in a bike. I think it was in Australia, but can't be sure.

Very unique build for sure!
The heating is one thing, but I’m wondering how are the piston rods connected to the crank as it looks like the banks are lined up to each other, from all the pictures I’ve looked at online (although not too many good views). On all the V style or flat style engines the banks are offset to allow the rods to attach to the crank journals. Unless their connected like a radial engine, like on planes.
Also, where does the rear exhaust go? Possibly diverted straight back and down…
And wouldn’t it be a “Double DOHC”? Or a “QOHC” (Quad)?
