Simplisafe security system

Anyone have any experience with this Simplisafe security system. I have read a number of reviews and like all products, they are mixed reviews, some good, some not so good. I am looking for a wireless system that I can install myself and have the option of it being monitored or not. Simplisafe does this and also states that it's motion sensors can determine between a human walking around, or if it's your small dog, which is a plus for me as we have a small dog. Any input is surely welcome.

i don't have a Simplisafe system, my system is different.  But one of the things that always concerned me about systems using a cellular type communication system was could it be jammed. So, I just did a search and, if you are interested, I would the Simplisafe support forum.  It appears to have some relevant information should you wish to search there.
