Some of locals here are hoping we can get a couple days on the road after Christmas ( weather pending ) . Wimp and I have talked about Dahlonega , Georgia or Seneca , South Carolina for a night then make a good ride toward Cleveland, Tennessee and maybe hook up with T-Bird if he is available for supper. Just lettin' you know my friend  cooldude

It looks like a map in his hands and from the sheet eating grin on his face I would say hes pretty happy about it.  Grin

I hope not I actually love riding on your " red book " rides. I'll keep you in the loop weather forecast as of now not working in our favor.

When you took that picture of me with the red book, we had just come out
of some back roads into a little town. I thought we had emerged onto 40,
but we were really on 752... so when we got a few blocks down the road
and the sign said 40 went both ways, that's when I led us five miles the
wrong way down 40...

I drove (eek) from Clayton to Sky Valley to Highlands to near Frankiln to Clayton today.

The roads around Sky Valley/Highlands were gritty and enough rock salt that you could see tire tracks in it.

Bridal Veil Falls was in the sunshine with an air temp of 37f.

I know that's me in front of T-Bird and pretty sure that's the front end of Wimp's bike behind him . Who is that beside him I can't place the bike  ???  Maybe Robert ( twotonevalk).Don't see him on here anymore since he became a Gizzer Glide rider.

That's Robert... that same day his bike quit, and you sanded off
the contacts on his starter relay and all was good again...
