Under the tank. You can see in the angled view, what looks like wires going up from the starter.

It was one of 4 bikes that were made for show only.. they didn't run....

Actually this being the Cobra bike it is not one of the four you speak of. This one was built by Denny Berg and it does run. This is the Honda styling exercise.

Mikuni super BM 34mm carbs made for yamaha wave runner. per cycleworld june '97 issue. doesn't give yr of wave runner. velocity stacks hand made by Tim McCool a partner of Cobra Engineering.
