Have y'all noticed my thread on this here hankering I got going on? Any chance y'all and/or others from your area or anywhere else for that matter might be able to join us for a get together in Lorman, MS? We'll be gathering for some seriously good fried chicken and major league tire-kicking? We'll be congregating Saturday or Sunday (I'll nail that down soon based upon any input I might receive). We'll stay in a motel the evening before, most likely in Natchez, MS. Please respond on that thread if you might be interested... Thanks! Hope y'all can make it... that would ensure a great and memorable event!!!

Bruce when you said Natchez it reminded me of the motel that you and Wally, Iris and I stayed in there in Natchez when we rode the Trace many moons ago. The lady at the desk had a menagerie of animals at home and we woke up and found that part of the motel had burned a few months back. We found out when we got up why the lights were so dim in the motel room. There were some things in there that you just really didn't want to see.  |

Bruce when you said Natchez it reminded me of the motel that you and Wally, Iris and I stayed in there in Natchez when we rode the Trace many moons ago. The lady at the desk had a menagerie of animals at home and we woke up and found that part of the motel had burned a few months back. We found out when we got up why the lights were so dim in the motel room. There were some things in there that you just really didn't want to see. Terry, Yeah, one of those not-so-memorable motels, for sure! As I recall, that gal working the counter was a real card... the rest of the place... not so much. Oh well... at least nobody got sick... or injured by any of the women with us when we learned the rest of the story! That was a good trip otherwise, though, as all of them with our old group turned out to be... Maybe you and Iris should consider this latest one being conjured up...? It'd sure be great to see y'all again, and all of us would enjoy your company... DDT |

Was really hoping you and Cathy would be able to make our ride... then I had to cancel out! There will be another time, though, so please do continue to monitor the board, and please, please do plan to join us next time!!!
