Well if President Trump wins the election, hopefully during his next term he'll have the opportunity to replace Stephen Breyer who's in his mid 80's I believe and just maybe Elena Kagan but she's in her 60's so she'll probably stick it out unless she gets The China virus.

Now possibly Clarance Thomas will step down under a next Trump Administration to allow the appointment of yet another younger constitutionalist to the court for the good of the Constitution.

Personally, I see that as a BIG IF.   There's a biased media blitz on to help the left side of the aisle.   Some very wealthy people lean so far left it's amazing they can even stand up vertically.   But, the President has my support this election.   Justice Breyer may or may not be around another 4 years.   Same for Justice Thomas, my fortune teller is out with COVID 19 so I don't have a clue.  She refused to Socially Distance and wouldn't wear a mask.
