Super Santa

Yeah, yeah, yeah.  Are you bringing the wife?

Next question, are you riding the Valk or coming by some other means?

Either way, you got it.

Super Santa

Anyone else want me to advance get your tickets for you?  Son is trying to help us out on this.

Have only had about 8 I am holding tickets for right now.  I do realize some of you are holding off waiting on the weather.  Come on, don't be a pansy.

So far looking like we have 34 saying they will probably be here.  Wooohooooo.....    Can't Wait!

Where's Strider....................?

Disco

Aw, what the heck, I do have rain gear and I really need to ride.

EB, I will take you up on your offer.  I need one ticket.   :cooldude:

Thanks!

Ray, no the wife can't come this time but I would like for you to call me at 575-760-5445 or email me at vickysmith@plateautel.net and let me know how to get to the hotel and the plans for the weekend.  Planning to leave tomorrow so tonight would be good.

Thanks,
Bandit

Got my 2 tickets on the internet the other night, $20 each.  Don't know how much wild game the wife will eat, but hopefully there will be things on the table that she recognizes...  :)

Rain or shine, we will be 2....

Hey Franco , just spoke with F-stop (charlie) tonight and the weather is changing alittle ..... light rain on friday and cloudy all day sat. and light rain on sunday no rain on mon or tue. ..... I told Charlie if its dry for sat. and that evening me and Lisa will ride up early sat morning to meet up in the parking lot around 8:00 am with everybody and go for breakfast and the ride and to the dinner, hangout with everybody and ride home that sat. evening around 9:00ish or 10:00 ..... Charlie had invited us to stay over sat. nite at his place , said thanks but I don't care to ride home in the rain on sunday morning .... if the weather changes again with rain on sat. day then we'll just drive up in the Camino and still enjoy ourselves .... see you all soon  ;D

Does anyone have the Honda carb jet adjustment tool?  If so, could you please bring it to the ride?  I'm running a little lean and need to adjust the jets.  I have an after market stubby tool, but it's been a pain to get it aligned with the d-shaped screw head.  Thanks.

Well, I just got the wife to start eating beef a out 10 years ago. :) She likes her steak well done and her brisket real lean. But i'm sure she will find some good food that she likes. If nothing else, she will eat veggies and desserts. :)
Thanks for thinking about us.

Leaving now.  Can't wait any longer!

Super Santa

Anyone who plans to ride with us tomorrow, we are leaving from the Chevron Station next to the Heart of Texas Motel with kick stands up at 9:30.

We have a good crew here already and looks like we will have a great time tomorrow.  I think I counted 14 bikes here in the motel.

Time to have fun.

Gear Jammer

Got to the house around 1:30 from the Mid Winter Gathering in Austin.  Had a pretty good time in spite of the stinkin' rain.  I mean with wild game for dinner, how could you not have a great time !

Amen!  We made it in, high and dry, about 1.  Thanks for the suggestion to run 71 to 10.  A touch of mist was all we saw, and it wasn't of any major duration.

Good folks, good food, great weekend!

Duane's not from Michigan anymore.  I saw him shivering in a Texas December.

Oh, and by the way, you missed Bobby (Gear Jammer) and his wife.  I think Charlie and Dena's son came along to dinner, as well.

Super Santa

Charlie and Dena's son was at ball practice.  I checked on that.

I did miss Gear Jammer though.  What is her name and their last name?

I went to Walmart with Bandit and Matt on Friday evening. When we came out of the store there was an old guy in a pick-up parked right by us that died in the truck. Bandit wouldn't let me take pictures.

Lyn-Del

Thank you Bandit!!  The poor deceased needed some form of dignity, don't you think?

You certainly do find some interesting situations!!

QOTFU, that was us honking at y'all at the gas station at 36 and I-10!  Your 2 green and black bikes are easy to spot.  We didn't get a drop of rain until sprinkles 3-4 miles from the house.
