bit the bullet and ordered on my own NO insurance 720 bucks worth of CPAP machine airsense 10, hoses, pillow masks, headgear, and chin strap and filters for machine.  The CPAP airsense 10 (black one)  was 41 percent off 960 bucks and got an email today that today was last day to save 25 percent off as well so figured get er dun today on all items.  If I went thru insurance, cost would be near 1500 bucks.  But, wish I knew I should have cpap machine over 2 months ago since maxed out my deductible in 2024 year and woulda been FREE in 2024.  oh well!

I did not know until beginning of january if wanted or could deal with the pillow nose mask and/or machine but seems to be going ok getting 4-6 hrs. of sleeptime with unit that got in late December just wished I woulda got the P30I pillow nose mask 1ST with chin strap back around xmas since the 41 percent off came about during that time but still darn insurance if ran thru them required 21 days of 4hr sleep days and would not have qualified anyways last few weeks in december to save 720 bucks.

I think I feel somewhat less tired in the morning and for sure having mouth closed with chin strap I get moisture control better with cpap use my mouth is not dry in the morning using it.  I think get more restful sleep although I still take unit off around 5 a.m. about 1 hour before getting up in the morning.

day late, several dollars short...  ;D

now I just have to AVOID health issues in 2025 compared to 2024 1st time EVER maxed out my 2500 deductible with surgeries.  Otherwise that 1500 bucks paid for cpap thru insurance woulda gone a LONG ways towards saving that 720 I paid today if needing to max out my deductible in 2025.

sure hope 2025 is a better year than 2022-2024 has been, No more health scares or drs. visits.
