Congrats. Moving is no fun, but will be great when you finally settle in. One of these days I’ll make it to inzane.

Thanks Jim, yep it is No fun especially after being in one spot for the last 17 years. I hope that you can join us when you do make that InZane Rally. Vance and I will try to meet up this year and then catch up with Jeff McKay who recently moved from Naples to S. Carolina near the GA state line. I believe you know him? Keep it in mind that you can catch up anytime!  :coolsmiley:

Congratulations!
And welcome to GA!

Thank you Rick, I'm looking forward to making it over to your area. Not too far from me in Leesburg. We have put a contract on a house on April 3rd that is under construction. It will not be ready to move in for about 3-4 months. A early phase as the roof was just finished. No walls up yet but have walked it over. Wife is excited as we have moved closer to her sisters. So that helps me when I've got a ride somewhere.
Speaking of I'm going to Wood Butcher's ride in N. AL in about 2 weeks. Come and join me.  :coolsmiley:

Congratulations!!  I am hoping to retire in Feb 2026.  Then my riding days shall increase exponentially.
GA seems like a fine place for riding, or at least the backroads I have ridden there.

Thanks Jimmy T. Yes, South GA and GA in general isn't too bad except the Atlanta area like any Big City. I'm near the Albany, GA area. So not far from pan-handle of FL, South AL - N. AL Not too bad with traffic in this region and some good roads. I'll be retiring this year after we get settled in our new home. Hopefully around Aug. - Sept. time frame. I've go family in GA as well. Sister in N. GA around Helen so I've ridden that area a good bit. Good luck on your plans and if you get to GA let me know.  :coolsmiley:

Wing-Nut:
Glad to hear that things are going smoothly for you.  Unfortunately, I wont be able to make that AL ride with you though.

flsix:
I don't envy the moving pains, but happy for you two being able to move closer to family.

Thanks Jeff, I know you just went through a move not too long ago too! However, ours isn’t ready for us yet. Saying mid-late Aug. before we can move in. Meanwhile my SIL - Wife’s sister has been most kind and opened her house to us. :smitten: Just her for many years so she enjoys our company still :???: Here is where we are so far on the house, just poured the driveway.

HayHauler:
Great looking spread.  Yea, I will never ride through Atlanta again.  I frequently ride in Houston traffic and it is LAME compared to the drivers in Atlanta.
Thinking we will be headed through AL or GA on the way to Inzane this year.
