It's time to turn the Pat's game off and find something else to do, even if it is to stubb my toe and fall down...

That was fugly, don't want to give up on Maye, but he needs a total reboot. Poor decisions, execution and looks like his confidence is shot.  Not sure how he rebounds from the game, and going into Buffalo next week looks like it leading the lambs to slaughter.

That wasn't just a loss, that was a butt kicking to put it politely..!!  Not sure just what it will take to right the ship....

After turning off the tv and firing up my laptop, I did manage to compare the spec sheets and prices of 4 different model mini excavators...eliminating 2 as they are way overpriced for my liking..Time for a road trip or two and sit behind the sticks for a demo...

We had company over so I didn't watch the game. I did check the score at one point on my phone. The Pats were down by double digits. I couldn't believe it! Then I saw the highlights on the news. It was astonishing to see Drake Maye throw multiple interceptions and also bobble the ball out of his grip before he passed. Boston Sports radio is going wild today. I hope Maye seeks help from a sports psychologist. His confidence is completely shot.  :o

There's something in this post worth taking about 😀

What size mini you looking at?

ive got a Volvo E25, which is one of their smallest and it's a beast.

I can't decide if the mini-excavator or the skid steer, is the best invention of our lives.

I checked spec sheets on John Deere, Kubota, Sany, and XCMG...Wanting to keep price below $55k
3 friends I spoke with have had either the Deere or Kabota and traded in on either the Sany or XCMG with
positive results....

55k is a good bank, so my guess is you're looking at new.

I got my Volvo just over 10'years ago used for 16k and added a 2k hydraulic thumb.

It's been excellent with only the fuel pump and one hose going bad, so far.

I replaced the fuel pump with a clicky clacky from the auto parts store for small money.

Volvo wanted first and second born.

Good luck in your quest👍

I'm definitely not opposed to buying used...Issue is, a 'good used' mini ex is as hard to find as hen's teeth are..!! High hours and even higher asking price..slop in all movements and not well maintained...A good used and well maintained mini ex is out there, I just have to find it first before someone else finds it...I'm not in any hurry to find one, and I don't need one...I want one to dig out the stumps and big rocks down back...A man can never have too many toys...LOL

Your right on the "good used one" they're hard to find.

I lucked out and was first on my purchase and when I picked it up the seller stated he could have sold it 3 times over for more money, but he kept the deal.

Prices are crazy, even on used.  The large ones that no one wants, because of cost of movement, may be the best deals.

It'll be interesting to see if Maye can bounce back.  I'm optimistic.
