this is hopefully a useful rant.  quality control is history.  i ordered the all balls racing kit.  junk!  fuel and air rail o-rings are too big.  air cut valve 0-rings are too big.  one float valve failed bench test for no identifiable reason.  i hardly used anything from the kit. bought OEM o-rings for a ridiculous ammount of money. now i'm ditching the float valves from the kit because firstly one failed and secondly they came in a bag of junk.  so i'm calling it all junk.  all i used from kit were float bowl gaskets and diaphragm gaskets.  everything else i've had to buy on partzilla to get stuff that actually works.  i'll never buy an all balls racing product again.  glad i got another bike that rips while my valk sits waiting for new parts i already have, because the parts i have are absolute garbage!

Did you ask on here before going with All Balls? We could have warned you, your experience mimics that of many others on this site. You can get most, if not all, the o-rings needed by going online. Get the size from the parts breakdown and order direct...lots less expensive. I'd share one of the websites but I lost a lot of that reference info a little over a year ago when my computer crashed. Hopefully someone with share it.

Surprised, I've used the All Balls kit on two bikes 5-6 years ago and everything fit perfect and are still working great today, at least in my bike I've had no problem.  The bike I traded in that @Peteg ended up with last I heard it was also still running great. I'd buy All Balls again if needed.  I'm wondering where you bought the kit from, was it ebay?  I had bought some rebuilds from Ebay and they were exactly as you claim (nothing fit).

yeah man ebay of course.  $120 of junk.  or $600 OEM was an easy choice.  a lot has changed in the last 5 years.  quality control is gone.  everything is junk and everything that isn't is ridiculously expensive.  glad i got into the carbs though.  worst gas crust in the bowls i've ever seen.  looked like carlsbad caverns in there.  one pilot was totally blocked.  every air cut hose badly cracked at ends. bike sat outside and wasn't ridden for years.  so why'd i buy it?  cobra straight sixes.

hopefully some guy like me will read this before he buys an all balls kit that's made today.  i don't doubt at all they used to be good kits before everything sucked and i had to pay $7.09 a gallon for gas.  good kits not anymore.  obviously now i'd source the o-rings from the list.  first time doing anything you learn a lot.

I wish dude.  Been spending so much less time on computer.  If there is a list of sizes somewhere that would be golden.  I can't find it.

Sorry to read about your experience, Calcruiser.  Ebay sellers are often part-time and working from home.  The source of the problem may not be 100% All Balls.

This can happen:  Ebay seller sends a new parts kit to a buyer.  Buyer uses some of the new parts and puts his used parts (or bogus parts) back in the kit packaging.  Buyer sends this back to the seller and gets a refund.  The seller doesn't look close at the returned kit and sells it to a guy like me.

This happens a lot with electric guitar and amplifier parts.  Sometimes motorcycle parts.  For anything important, eBay is my least-preferred source of supply.

Tim, just to confirm, mine still starts and runs like a fuel injection bike, except for gas mileage. I've gone 4 years and 24,000 miles trouble free. Thanks again for bringing her back!
