OK, here's one of me on the Dragon.  If you look beneath the left saddlebag you can see the sparks.  And yes, I'm still crazy after all these years.  Cheesy

Wow... these kinds of packs, and much bigger, are common in motocross. The danger, there,  is
mitigated a little by it generally being OK to fall down and/or run over someone...

Too true  Grin... I showed Joe May the shiney underneath of my pegs at Brasstown Bald
the other week... he showed me that his pegs were so worn down that the bolt that
holds the plate on the bottom now pushes all the way up through the waffle grip
on the top.

Faster Henry, Faster!!!

I was there the day this was taken, those guys could have run over their foot and not have felt it they were so near drunk.

Each to his own, I would never ride like that after drinking more then 4 beers.

No offense to anyone, but I have been on the receiving end of a drunk driver.

I would rather watch someone ride into a tree if they want to drive/ride drunk.

Too many get hurt on the receiving side otherwise.

That's insane.

The problem is when putting new pegs on it really makes the bike feel strange underfoot.  Plus all that surpluss metal on the new pegs doesn't slide as easy as the old worn down ones.

Hey Chad, I'm sure Raymond and Mark are just busting their chops.  I know the guys in the pic, they wouldn't be riding plastered.

I must be a pussy. I don't like grinding the pegs, that feeling startles me. I like the leaning just fine but the rough vibration on the bottom of my feet not so much.

Was scraping highway pegs on the BRP last year heading to Inzane.  That was interesting.  I always scrape the regular pegs as I have the peg lowering kit so my pegs are about  an inch and a half lower than everyone else's.  The pegs I picked up from Kuryakyn have some kind of flint spike at the end on the bottom and it shoots off lots of sparks, so I am told.

Holey thread resurrection Batman.   Shocked

Gotta say, I'm totally with meathead with this one.

I'm a smell the roses kinda rider....I don't like pushing my luck.  Too much stuff trying to kill me already without me trying to help.
