I want to share this adventure with you. For me it was a fantastic experience

Left Kristiansund (home) in heavy rain.


10 minutes coffee brake at Aandalsnes. Some fantastic mountans there.

We kept the rainsuits on all the way to Oslo (400 miles)

11 Valks from Norway on the ferry from Oslo to Kiel






... We had to tie up the bikes before the 21 hours trip with the ferry.

We were met by a dusin Germans wayting for us at Kiel Harbour.
The first stop with a VRCC member`s horse ranch just outside Hamburg.
We were invited for food and drink.

We started early Sunday morning with our ride home.

Last stop in Germany befor the border to Denmark. We had to taste the great German Schnitzel....


Nice ride through Denmark and continued to Malmo in Sweden. Stayed over night  there.
The nice lady at the reception told us to bring our bikes inside, that was much safer....

21 hours on the ferry?  That's a drive-aboard cruise ship, not a ferry!

I got new fork legs, and the German guys changed them for me.

Heh Heh, yeah I have to agree on the yellow wheels. The forks and pull backs look great! What is your opinion on the new risers? I have been thinking about those lately myself.

The pull back risers did a big change. Much easyer handeling at low speed and more relaxed riding position.
If I knew how big different it was I would have done this mod a looong time ago.

Very Cool, Dag! Really puts the pressure on state side to top your event! How much is pusholine per liter on your side of the pond?

Did you clear coat your fork tubes after the polishing?

I'll be studying up on European geography to try to get the big picture on your travels - unless you want to spoon feed us? Do you have gps routing of your trip?

The "pusholine" cost $ 9.82 per gallon!!!!! 
I didnt clear coat the fork tubes. I will do the poolishing job once a year
