Rain, Shine, Sleet, or Snow The ET Wrench Party is still a go! :D     
1st. I would appreciate an RSVP from everyone. I plan on having BBQ catered for lunch on Sat. and kinda need a head count. There will be tea, coffee, Soft drinks, and of course TJ is bringing the Dublin DP's. :) Bring your own refreshments if you like but please respect my request of NO Alcohol.
Sun. Well Whataburger is right down the road. :)
2nd. If you plan on staying all weekend there are hotels in Kilgore, 10 miles and I have a SUV you can use if your bike is still tore down. You can camp in the yard if you want, I don't care. :laugh:
3rd I have provisions for lifting 4 bikes maybe 5 if I am able to design an adapter for my bumper jack.
If you want to do something to your bike that requires a specialty tool try to bring it or confer with someone that may have one. I have tools to do most anything but most of my Honda tools are for the V65. This brings me to my disclaimer:  :roll: I am not a Valkyrie mechanic! :laugh: I can take it apart, but you better know how to put it back together :2funny: Whatever parts we have leftover when we get it back together will be weighed and we will calculate how much faster it will run without them.

Yes. The dates are the 6th & 7th. You can bring your wife. It is a party and we'll even bake her a cake. lol I also forgot to mention that it will be a good opportunity to detail while on the lift.

Short of something unexpected, I'm planning on being there. Haven't decided whether or not I'll find a room for the night. Maybe just a day trip Saturday.

I am all GEARED up as the Wrench Party RATCHETS forward. :D Looks like its going to be some nice weather. Little cool, but no rain. :)  Hopefully we can change out a muffler bearing or 2 and I have just got in some of that new rotor grease. :crazy2: Looking forward to seeing all of you. Ride safe everyone. Will have food at about 1pm. 8)

Welp. The camel's back just broke. My wife's car is making a noise. I'm gonna have to stay here this weekend and look at it. Also need to pull the alternator out of my 99 Tahoe so I can have it with me when I hit the pull-a-part salvage yard. Seems there are several alternators for the 99 Tahoe and I want to be sure I get the right one.

As more-or-less agreed to awhile ago, our plan is to join the East Texas chapter at their wrench party this Saturday.

We're headed to the Tyler area.  In order to make it there by 10:00 or so, we need to be KSU from the east side of the MetroMess by about 8:00 am.  What's a good meet-up spot?

Discuss amongst yourselves and post some feedback, please.

or you can come to "1106 south robertson ave" ( @ west shaw street ) in tyler if you like ...
also a south east corner ... ten am or before will be fine ...    :)

When you get to my house there is a black chainlink and a gate. Gate code will be on the keypad. Come up the drive and after the curve to the left go straight through the yard to the shop. Looks like ya'll are gonna have a cool ride in the morning. 8) I'll have hot coffee waiting. :) BBQ for lunch. Hope everyone has a safe ride. Looking forward to seeing all of you.

Looks like 5 of us coming from the west, unless we can collect some more slackers and layabouts in the morning.

John, you want us to dip down to Tyler and hook up with you?  Probably would be in the 9:30 - 10:00  range.
