I have an Excel sheet that is a duplication of the "Recomended Service" chart in the manual but I don't know how to post a file to this sytsem. Here is what it looks like.....

I originally had it set up in excel like this (based on the maintenance schedule in the book)

The idea was to grey out the columns as I reached that particular mileage range, but I never did stuff together and at the time it was supposed to be done, so it got messy this way figuring out what's due next.  So I took the approach below (this is just to remind me how long its been since the last accomplishment and when its next due, base on the interval I plug in).

You plug in the current odo reading (it knows the date), and as you accomplish stuff, you fill in the date or odo reading in the "C/W @" (Complied With At) column.  Formulas do everything else based on the interval you set in the far right column.  This just to determine what needs to be done.  I've got a logbook set up in Word where I log what I did.

I've used this website for several years now for maintenance intervals. The name says it is a milage tracker but I don't even use that portion.  I just use the maintenance portion and it is easily modifyed.
