Clutch & Brake Levers

<< < (2/2)

Thunderbolt:
Get the 1800 Gold Wing levers as suggested.  You need to cut a tab off of the clutch side, it will be obvious, and not seen when installed.  If you have an Interstate, you can't adjust all the way in because the lever will contact the throttle cables before full engagement.  On a Standard our Tourer you can adjust both quite a bit closer.

X Ring:
ChrisJ and I compared our levers a couple of weeks ago.  We both have Kurakyn levers.  Mine are 1800 Wing levers while his are non adjustable.  The reach on both our levers was about the same plus the width was the same.  Given your condition, get the 1800 levers so you can adjust them to suit you.  Takes less than 5 minutes to remove the tab with a hacksaw and put them on.

I have been running the Goldwing 1800 adjustable levers on mine. You have to cut a tab off one of them and thy work great.
